Directions and maps to the Red Lion Hotel Salt Lake Downtown from the Salt Lake City International Airport can be found online. Maps of the area (more) and information on traffic (with camera links) and weather conditions (more) are also available. You can also request that an official Utah State Highway Map be mailed to you, free of charge.
Options for getting to Salt Lake City include air travel, train and bus.
For travel in the area, the Red Lion Hotel offers 24-hour-a-day shuttle services for downtown and airport transportation (more information coming soon...). Public transportation—including bus and some light rail—is also available.

International participants are strongly encouraged to allow enough time for the process of applying for visas for travel to the United States. Visa request forms are available in both PDF and Microsoft Word Document formats—please fill one out and return it by email to cbms2006@ee.byu.edu or by fax to (801) 422-0201.
You must pre-register to have a paper published in the proceedings. If you only plan to attend and are not submitting a paper, pre-registration is still strongly encouraged. The pre-registration deadline is April 8, 2006.
Registration includes reception, coffee breaks, breakfasts, luncheons, banquets (Thursday night), and proceedings.

All of the presentation rooms are equipped with laptop projectors. If you are not bringing your own laptop, please have your PowerPoint presentation saved on a CD ROM. The Conference laptops have MS Windows XP OS and Microsoft Office 2003, including PowerPoint. Please check in with your session chairs before your session starts and ensure that your presentation will work with the equipment provided.
Poster size: 3 ft (W) x 4 ft (H). (Approximately 0.9 x 1.3 meters)
Posters should be posted before 12:00 pm on Thursday and can be removed after 6:00 pm.
